Deependra joined CEN from the year 2011 and has been managing the Administration and Finance team. He provides oversight to all admin and finance related work and is also responsible for implementing and controlling the accounting management, supervising financial management of projects and accounts, employee benefits, legal incidences and other issues about work relations. He has good knowledge in accountancy, budget management and computer applications. He has Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Tribhuvan University. Before joining CEN, he was the member of the management team of Bhotebahal Saving & Credit Cooperative. He loves sports and is actively participating in games. In future he is interested in engaging in social activities and promote sports for the youth through the club. Mr Dangol serve as founder member of Bhotebahal Youth Club.

Bimal has been facilitating all outreach related to administration and organizational management. In additional, he also coordinates procurement process, project approval and banking procedures. Bimaljoined Clean Energy Nepal in the year 2007 and has been working as Admin and Finance Officer in Clean Energy Nepal. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Management and is responsible for assisting in fulfilling all the administrative, financial and logistical needs of the organization. In the future he wants to be an expertise on different facets of accounting and finance systems.

Mr. Lal Mani Wagle

Program Coordinator (Climate Change)

Lal Mani coordinates action research and implementation related work focus on climate change adaptation in urban context of Nepal and climate change adaptation options for landless and smallholder people. He contributed to prepare Municipal Adaptation Plan of Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City and Birendranagar Municipality focusing on adaptation options for urban poor of Western Nepal. Though his primary focus is climate change, he has also been engaging on research and policy discourse of water pollution, air pollution and other environmental issues. Mr. Wagle holds the Master’s Degree on Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University. Before joining CEN, Lal Mani worked as a Policy Coordinator for Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA) from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Wagle endeavor to be an environmental researcher sensitized with policy and application aspects.

Ms. Barsha Parajuli

Ms Barsha Parajuli brings in a decade of professional experience in environment and energy sector. She has worked with Environment and Household Energy Services (EHES), Association of Family Forest Nepal (AFFON), FECOFUN, IDS, WWF, Winrock International amongst others in various capacities in the past. She possesses a multi-sectoral experience in clean energy technologies, forest resource management and women and youth empowerment in productive end use of renewable energy and natural resources. She holds a master’s degree in environmental science with specialization in mountain ecology and an IPROMO-2018 Italy alumni with diploma in bio-economy in mountain areas.

Ms. Anju Koirala

Ms. Anju Koirala is enrolled in research and knowledge management related work focus on clean air to address certain issues of Air Pollution. Anju joined CEN in 22 February, 2021 as Program Officer. Before joining CEN Anju had worked as Program Coordinator in Abasar Project in PTYSM, Jajarkot in partnership with Save the Children. Along with that she had worked as District Coordinator in Sustainable Utilization of Resources in Himalayan Region� a TDH/BMZ project. Ms. Koirala is MSc. graduate in Environmental Science with special paper on Mountain Ecology, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management. Currently she is also a student in Bachelors in Law (LLB).

Ms. Nabina Tiwari

Nabina Tiwari has joined CEN from February 2021 and is responsible on  overall research, design and implementation of CEN projects focusing on climate change. Before joining CEN she worked as a Environmental Officer in ADB funded Disaster Resilience of School Projects (DRSP).  She also has past experiences of working on other different environmental issues.She holds Masters degree on Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University. She has keen interest on climate change and pollution.
