Rally for Promoting Cycling and Electric-based Transport system

Electric Vehicle and Cycle Rally was organized on 29th September 2015 from NAC, Newroad to Baneshwar to  promote cycling and electric-based transport system for addressing existing petroluem crisis and urban transport problems. The program was jointly organized by Clean Energy Nepal, Cycle City Network Nepal, Electric Vehicle Associations of Nepal, and Electric Vehicle Importer and Manufacturer Association. The rally was organized to aware public about the importace of electric vehicles and cycling, to demand cycling infrastructures in the cities of Nepal, and priortized electric vehicles. Around 300 people including cycle users, electrc vehicle users, and safa tempo participated in the program.
